I was invited to appear on KGNU for a panel discussion regarding FasTracks during the Thursday Call-in Show on May 31. This is how the moderator, Sam Fuqua, described the show:
Metro area voters approved a 2004 tax increase to build a commuter rail system called FasTracks. Less than three years later, the project is behind schedule and $1.5 billion over budget. That means significant changes are in store for this ambitious transit plan. We’ll talk with Regional Transportation District spokesman Scott Reed, RTD Board member John Tayer, and other guests about the future of FasTracks. Your calls are encouraged.
