RTD is billions over budget and now RTD is desperate to get in the development business. I've been to the board meetings and listened to the lies. I was told I would be treated fairly by the board of directors. It has not happened. When are YOU going to take responsibility for what is going on with the budget? Mr. Tayer why did you vote to transfer the authority of eminent domain to staff? You are an elected official. People expected you to ACCEPT responsibility as a board of director. Other board members took a stand. You need to come clean Mr. Tayer about what is really going on at RTD. The truth is slowly coming out. You guys may steal my land and the land of some other land owners but it's going to be more difficult to take the other 200 families land on the west corridor for your development plans. Oh by the way Mr. Tayer when are you going to demand staff release those notices? The EIS report identified them in 2003 and there are still families fixing up their homes and businesses that don't even know they might be losing their property to you. All the land owners I've talked to that received the letter of intent to purchase didn't know they were going to be condemned. Mr. Tayer it's time for you to stand up and start telling the truth. The people of Colorado voted on a $4.7 light rail project. We didn't approve a $6.1 billion dollar mess and land grab so individual developers/people would profit on land STOLEN via eminent domain. People are already scrambling and trying to clear their name of this DISASTER in the making. What are you going to do Mr. Tayer? Mr. Tayer,
