The EcoPass program is the single greatest marketing tool for the services RTD provides. It makes using our transit system in Boulder County and throughout the RTD region convenient and affordable, both key elements to ensuring its continued success.

Still, there are many enhancements I intend to pursue for the EcoPass program. I want to make the pricing structure more transparent, simplify the registration process for participating businesses and neighborhoods, and provide more access to this program for low- and moderate-income individuals.
